MyVisaScore delivers digital reports that are generated and made available instantly after payment. Because the value is delivered immediately, the following policy applies.
1. General position
Payments for reports that have been generated and delivered are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to a digital product.
2. When a refund may be considered
- Payment error / double charge — you were charged more than once, or charged without receiving a report.
- Technical failure — a verified fault on our side prevented your report from being generated or delivered, and we are unable to resolve it.
- Service not rendered — for the Expert Review (₹999) plan, if the consultation could not be provided and cannot be rescheduled.
3. What is not refundable
- Dissatisfaction with your Visa Score, risk band, or the content of the assessment.
- A subsequent visa refusal or approval by any authority.
- Change of mind after the report has been generated.
- Incorrect information you provided that affected your result.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@myvisascore.in within 7 days of the transaction with your order ID, registered email, and a description of the issue. We review refund requests within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank/gateway timelines.
