These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyVisaScore website and services (the “Service”), operated by BigFat AI Labs LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), with its registered office at Innov8 Orchid Center, 3rd Floor, Sec-53, DLF QE, Golf Course, Gurgaon – 122002, Haryana, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
MyVisaScore is an AI-powered, educational visa profile-readiness and risk-assessment tool. Based on the information you provide, it generates an indicative Visa Score, highlights possible strengths and weak points, and offers document-preparation guidance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3. Honest-use & anti-fraud
We support genuine applicants preparing honest applications. We do not support or assist with fake documents, falsified bank statements, fabricated employment letters, misrepresentation, or any “guaranteed visa” claims. Any attempt to use the Service for fraudulent purposes is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
4. Paid plans
Paid plans (currently AI Visa Score Basic ₹199, AI Visa Score Pro ₹499, and Expert Review ₹999) unlock additional features as described at the point of purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change features and pricing at any time; changes do not affect a report already purchased.
5. Refunds
Because reports are generated instantly, payments for completed reports are generally non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for the limited circumstances in which a refund may be considered.
6. Your content & documents
You retain ownership of information and documents you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to generate your assessment and deliver the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload documents you are not authorised to share.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, scoring methodology, text, and design, is owned by BigFat AI Labs LLP and protected by applicable laws. You may use your own generated reports for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including visa refusals, missed appointments, travel costs, or embassy fees, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
